The metal wine glass, ARC, designed by Ken Okuyama, was polished by the craftsmen of Tsubame city and could not be made without their technique. The new model, KO-210, was also polished by those craftsmen to realize fine and smooth finish, which is different from the finish by Sabae’s craftsmen. The material of front frame is duralumin (aluminum-based alloy), which was used for the first time for the collection and has superior hardness and lightness while giving a strong impression. The edges of the front frame are round by the hand-polish. Such feature differentiates this model with the others and makes an excellent item in the collection.

This is the first model of KEN OKUYAMA EYES collaborated with the craftsmen from outside of eyewear industry and the first eyeglasses featuring the metal polish technology of world-famous Tsubame-city, Niigata. This hallmark cannot be made without either Tsubame's polish technique or Sabae's manufacturing technique.
